Nominations for the Castle Hill RSL Club Ltd. Board of Directors are Now Open

Rule 51 constitution all Category One and Category Two (non sub-Branch) Members, who have been full Members for at least three continuous years, are eligible to stand for the Board.

Rule 52 (b)(ii) constitution, all new Board nominees are required to attend one compulsory pre-nomination workshop to be eligible.

Board elections will be conducted in accordance with the Triennial Rule as stated in Rule 56 (j). The Board shall comprise 3 groups determined and holding office in accordance with the Triennial Rule. As outlined in Rule 56 (k), while the Triennial Rule is in force, the number of Directors required to fill vacancies on the Board shall be elected (or declared elected), and shall, unless otherwise disqualified, hold office for 3 years.

Any nominee must either already have, or obtain, an Australian Director Identification Number (Director ID).

Compulsory Workshop Dates

  • Monday September 22, 2025 at 7pm
  • Thursday September 25, 2025 at 7pm

All Workshops will be held at Castle Hill RSL Club.

Nominations Open 10am Monday September 22, 2025

Nominations Close 4pm Monday September 29, 2025

Nomination forms and candidate information for the position of Director will be available for collection at Castle Hill RSL Club reception from 10am, Monday September 22, or at the compulsory workshop.

It is the responsibility of the nominee to place their nomination form into the locked Nominations Box located at Castle Hill RSL Club Ltd.
