It was a wet weekend this year, but that didn’t stop us! A huge thank you to everybody in our communities who came out and braved the elements to help us raise funds for Cancer Council NSW at the 2022 Hills Relay for Life.

CHRG has been a proud purple sponsor of this event for many years and a little bit of rain wasn’t going to dampen our spirits! The event raised in excess of $121,000 which is a mammoth effort despite the cold and wet conditions!

Well done to the hard-working Hills Relay for Life Committee, who successfully managed the event, despite many challenges and changes due to weather conditions.

And a very big thank you to our amazing staff who volunteered their time over the weekend to assist with our fundraising efforts.  Community spirit is certainly alive and well in the Hills District.
