For more than 45 years, CHRG has been a constant, supportive presence in Sydney’s North West. Originally established as Castle Hill RSL Group, CHRG has grown significantly over the years, and now owns and operates a diverse range of places – including Castle Hill RSL, Club Parramatta, Castle Hill Fitness & Aquatic Centre, Lynwood Country Club & Lynwood Golf.

With over 82,000 members, CHRG welcomes people from all walks of life. At the heart of everything we do is a desire to give back to our community, and to help people live happier, healthier, more connected lives.
The main way in which we do this is by creating places where people can come together and share positive experiences. Our places offer a wide range of things to enjoy – from dining, live music and social events, to sports, recreation and educational programs.
CHRG also supports a multitude of community services and activities, providing support for veterans, sponsoring youth programs, getting behind the arts, and providing grants to a number of local sporting groups. Our progress is driven and guided by our Board of Directors, who offer a collective wealth of experience and insight.
As CHRG continues to evolve, our offering may change and diversify, but our commitment to building happy communities will never waver.

The Board’s vision is for CHRG to be an outstanding community leader in the Club industry across Australia – defined by what we do inside and outside of our venues, for the communities where we operate.
With an emphasis on diversification to ensure the provision of sustainable support through our corporate social responsibility and ClubGRANTS initiatives, our strategy enables us to maximise the positive outcomes we deliver to the members of the communities where we operate.
It’s a member-driven approach that is based on our understanding of the people who benefit from the work of our Clubs… from the young to the young at heart. Our Board of Directors live and breathe our community – guiding every decision to ensure our club is the best in the industry.
